About the Role

JLL is seeking a highly skilled Facilities Manager to lead our team in delivering exceptional customer and property services to a portfolio of buildings. As the on-site key point of contact for key stakeholders and clients, you will be responsible for managing site budgets, accounting and finance, maintenance and operations, contract services, purchasing of materials, equipment and supplies, occupancy services and helpdesk.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and manage occupier and client relationships to ensure service delivery expectations are fulfilled
  • Deliver customer and property services to a portfolio of buildings, ensuring compliance with regulations and requirements
  • Conduct building inspections and complete reports within governance timeframe
  • Proactively contribute to the effective and efficient operations of portfolio/facilities and share continuous improvement initiatives
  • Liaise with facilities vendors and coordinate facilities works in conjunction with JLL PDS account team
  • Deliver facilities-related projects in line with agreed budget or works
  • Proactively manage and monitor service outputs to achieve standards against KPIs and service level targets, reporting regularly to key stakeholders
Requirements
  • Minimum Bachelor's degree in facilities management, building, business or other related field
  • 5-8 years' experience in facilities, property management, hospitality or related field
  • Experience working in a technology company environment
  • Knowledge of local occupational health and safety requirements
  • Knowledge of critical facilities
  • Knowledge of vendor management for specialized services
  • Understanding of basic technical aspects of property (Computer Room Air-conditioning, Chiller system, Fire Protection system, Mechanical & Electrical system, BMS system)
  • Proven capacity to understand and interpret commercial contracts
  • Strong budget management and financial analysis skills
