Automotive Claims Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized professional to join our service department in processing warranty claims efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process all warranty & goodwill claims within set timelines.
- Ensure compliance with manufacturer guidelines when completing warranty claims.
- Maintain storage for returned parts and ensure timely return of requested items.
- Keep accurate records of warranty claims, including repair orders and correspondence.
- Discuss policy write-offs with the Service Manager.
- Provide clear direction on factory policy decisions.
- BUILD STRONG RELATIONSHIPS WITH MANUFACTURER REPRESENTATIVES.
- Foster effective communication among internal and external stakeholders to ensure adherence to correct reports, processes, claims, returns, receipting, and payments.

- Self-motivated and well-organized individual.
- Proficient computer skills/knowledge.
- Able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Willingness to learn and grow.
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
