About Your Role:

  • Engage children in interactive activities that bring education to life through fun and play.
  • Guide children's discovery journeys, sparking curiosity and creativity while supporting their emotional well-being.
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and inviting environment – every detail matters.

Requirements:

  • Implement a thoughtful program that meets individual and group needs.
  • Capture the moment by documenting learning, assessing progress, and creating inspiring learning spaces indoors and out.
  • Possess a Certificate III in Early Childhood (or ACECQA-approved equivalent).
  • Have knowledge of Early Years Learning, Queensland Kindergarten Learning Guideline, and National Quality Standards.
  • Hold a Blue Card (Child Related Employment) and current First Aid, CPR, Asthma & Anaphylaxis certification.
