We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated team members to join our store in Blackmans Bay. Prior experience is desirable, but not essential.

As a casual employee, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and assisting with various tasks. You will need:

  • Excellent communication skills and a friendly attitude
  • A passion for working with food and people
  • Energy, initiative, and a willingness to take direction
  • The ability to follow company procedures and regulations
  • Availability to work at least 3 days per week

Our store prioritizes customer satisfaction and provides an enjoyable shopping experience. We encourage our employees to grow and succeed.

Hourly pay rates are set by the General Retail Industry Award and increase with age. The base hourly pay rates for level 1 adults include $32.06 for weekdays, $38.48 for Saturdays, and $44.89 for Sundays.
