Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Customer Service Team Member to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service via phone, email, and live chat.

Responsibilities

  • Client Communication: Respond to client inquiries in a timely and professional manner, utilizing active listening skills to resolve issues efficiently.

  • Administrative Support: Manage client files, schedules, and documentation, ensuring accuracy and up-to-date information.

  • Coordination & Scheduling: Coordinate appointments, meetings, and project timelines to ensure seamless execution.

  • Technical Proficiency: Utilize software applications, including CRM systems, project management tools, and communication platforms, with a focus on continuous learning and improvement.

  • Problem-Solving: Identify and resolve client issues proactively, escalating complex problems when necessary.

  • Reporting: Generate regular reports on client interactions, support metrics, and project status to inform management decisions.
