Job Description:

As a Home Support Care Worker, you will have the opportunity to make a positive impact in the lives of our elderly clients. You will provide personal care, social support, and domestic assistance, including cooking, pet care, cleaning, and gardening. You'll also help review care plans to understand customer goals and needs, use an app to track important information, and identify any hazards to ensure their safety.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide personal care, social support, and domestic assistance to elderly clients
  • Help review care plans to understand customer goals and needs
  • Use an app to track important information and identify any hazards to ensure their safety

Requirements:

  • Certificate III or higher in Aged Care or Individual Support
  • Kindness and positivity drive you to help the elderly live independent and fulfilling lives
  • Good relationship-building skills and respect for dignity and privacy
  • Current Australian Driver's Licence, with a reliable registered car - driving is part of the role
