The Role

As a Medical Consultant, you'll join a collaborative environment where your clinical expertise will drive informed discussions on medical topics. Your critical thinking and empathetic approach will significantly impact our mission to optimize health and family-forming journeys.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Stay current with reproductive and fertility trends, as well as clinical practice guidelines across APAC.
  • Engage in discussions and educate others on relevant medical topics.
  • Contribute to continuing education programs for employees as needed.
  • Participate in quality assurance initiatives and audits to maintain high standards.

Requirements
  • Location: Australia, New Zealand, or Singapore.
  • Fluent English speaking skills.
  • MD, Nurse Midwife, RN, or NP licensure.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience providing patient care in a fertility clinic or hospital addressing reproductive health.
  • Superb listening skills and ability to empathetically discuss fertility and family forming related topics.
  • Ability to work independently and understand the difference between good clinical judgment and non-directive guidance.
  • Motivated to expand knowledge on fertility, gestational surrogacy, pregnancy, and urology topics.
  • Ability to function well from a confidential and private work-remote environment.
  • Flexibility to adapt with evolving business needs.
  • Reliable online and digital resources available for use.
