We are seeking an Executive Leader to drive commercial sustainability and organisational growth in our Cell Therapeutics facility. This is a leading role in supporting the achievement of our vision, mission, goals and objectives through strategic and operational leadership.

The ideal candidate will have proven experience of leadership in a scientific/technical/clinical context, with a track record of driving a culture of excellence in customer service and resolving complex technical challenges.

Key Responsibilities:
  • To lead a diverse team across scientific, technical and operational domains
  • To contribute to business development opportunities and review strategic objectives
  • To engage widely with internal and external stakeholders

The successful candidate will be adept at leading with a shared vision and mission, and will have a strong understanding of good manufacturing practice and regulatory compliance.

A degree, and ideally postgraduate qualifications, in science, biological science or medical science will underpin relevant career experience.
