Duties of the role include:
- Case management (caseloads are manageable, and our consultants have the support of Rehabilitation Assistants to alleviate administrative tasks).
- Applying your clinical knowledge to improve return to work outcomes.
- Working with employers and employees to develop and implement injury prevention and workplace education programs.
- Working collaboratively with injured workers, employers, medical and allied health professionals.
- Completing a variety of assessments using your clinical and discipline-specific allied health skills, such as Functional Capacity Evaluations, Worksite Assessments, Ergonomic Assessments, and Activities of Daily Living Assessments.
- Deliver our innovative virtual reality pain education program, Re-thinking Recovery.

Qualifications
- Tertiary qualification in Physiotherapy or Exercise Physiology.
- Full Professional Registration with AHPRA or Full Accreditation with ESSA.
- Previous experience working in the Occupational Rehabilitation industry would be highly regarded.
- Fabulous communication skills - there is a lot of getting to know your clients and stakeholders
- Compassion and kindness always go a long way as does empathy.
- It's the kind of career where well-developed time management skills are a must
- A current valid Driver's License and access to own car with comprehensive insurance is a must.
