
Payroll Learning and Development Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Payroll Learning and Development Specialist to join our team.
This role is part of the Payroll Services department, responsible for developing and implementing effective training plans and coaching payroll team members.
Main Responsibilities- Develop and implement training plans and coach payroll team members to meet changing demands and productivity requirements.
- Coordinate, tailor, and deliver training programs in-person and remotely to develop competency within Payroll Service Delivery teams.
- Build positive relationships with internal customers and stakeholders to ensure responsive training and support materials.
- Prepare and maintain learning and development materials, such as work instructions, FAQs, and multimedia resources.
- Participate in training evaluation and assurance activities to support continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with forums, communities of practice, and working groups to support QSS training knowledge, skills, and capabilities.
- A background in payroll processing or the ability to rapidly acquire this knowledge is highly regarded.
- This role is part of the government administration industry.
