The Role

We're seeking a motivated and experienced Motor Claims Advisor to join our Heavy Motor & Total Loss Team. In this role, you will take ownership of a medium and complex claims portfolio and build strong relationships with brokers, service providers, and customers to deliver outstanding results.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Managing allocated claims in a prompt and technically accurate manner.
  • Operating within authority levels and procedural guidelines to maintain a professional, consistent approach towards all claims.
  • Reviewing, resolving, and proactively finalising claims within authority limits to ensure settlement at an optimum level.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will require:

  • HSC or equivalent qualification (preferred).
  • Multiple years of motor claims experience.
  • Recognised industry qualification (preferred).
  • Knowledge of Polisy system and workflow systems.
  • Motor vehicle claims experience.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Solid knowledge and understanding of the motor claims strategy and operational imperatives.
