Job Title: Customer Enquiries Officer

Job Description:

The primary objective of this role is to provide exceptional customer service and support to customers via phone, email, and in-person. The successful candidate will be responsible for responding to customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing accurate information about our services.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment. They will also have a strong knowledge of customer service principles and practices, as well as experience working with databases and Microsoft Office software.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person
  • Resolve customer issues in a timely and professional manner

Required Skills and Qualifications:
