About the Role:

We're seeking a Senior Product Designer to collaborate with cross-functional leaders to drive high-quality outcomes and shape the future of mobile accounting.

This role involves crafting intuitive, enabling, and meaningful experiences that solve genuine customer problems. You'll work closely with Product and Technology teams on medium to large-scale projects.


Main Responsibilities:
  • Design Practice and Thinking: Champion design value, conduct research and analysis, define problems, and create design frameworks.
  • Mobile Design: Develop phased design solutions for iOS, iPadOS, Android, and other relevant constraints.
  • Design Research and Testing: Identify research opportunities, participate in planning and conducting research and testing, and contribute to user testing.
  • Relationship Management: Influence, challenge, and support designers to deliver exceptional product experiences.
Requirements:
  • A portfolio demonstrating high-quality outcomes contributing to business value.
  • Experience designing native mobile experiences across iOS and Android.
  • Strong UI skills and excellent communication skills.
  • A track record of innovating and delivering complex design experiences at scale.
  • Experience building and iterating on products or experiences based on usage patterns.
  • A strong desire to share design thinking and collaborate effectively.
