Job Description:

We are seeking a Social Media Strategist to join our team and drive our social media marketing and content strategy. This includes campaign planning, content creation, community engagement, reporting, and influencer collaborations.

The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, is confident creating content and appearing on camera, and is excited to be part of a growing team.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Shape and run our social media presence across multiple platforms
  • Plan, create, schedule, and star-in engaging content for product drops and key trading campaigns that align to our tone of voice and brand values
  • Track and share actionable insights to help shape future content
  • Engage with our community daily by responding to comments, DMs, UGC, and more
  • Reach out to influencers and creators to grow our awareness and consideration
  • Assist with campaign and lifestyle photoshoots, from concept to coordination
  • Stay on top of trends, platform updates, and competitor activity

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 1+ years experience in social media or content creation
  • Confident on camera and experienced with short-form video
  • Skilled with Canva, CapCut, and Meta Business Suite
  • Great copywriting and visual storytelling skills
  • Organised, pro-active, and happy working autonomously
