Role Overview:

This role involves providing expert advice and insights through enhanced data, analytics services, and reporting to improve workforce capability development effectiveness.

The ideal candidate will have highly developed system and data analysis experience in the collation and presentation of data to provide clear reporting and insights to support informed decision-making.

The role also requires effective communication skills and working relationships with a wide variety of stakeholders. Additionally, a relevant qualification and one or more of the below skills would be highly regarded.

  • Knowledge of learning, human resource, and event management systems
  • Knowledge of capability development process and relevant data flow and standards
  • Solid knowledge of information management and privacy requirements
  • Solid knowledge of SQL Database structure and development
  • Knowledge of software development and system integration/implementation cycle
