High-Performance HVAC Equipment Specialist

We are seeking an experienced HVAC Equipment Specialist to join our team at Johnson Controls Australia.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in maintenance, repair, and troubleshooting of HVAC equipment with 4+ years of experience in related fields.

This role involves attending system breakdown calls, performing scheduled preventive maintenance, and providing commissioning for Chillers/HVAC equipment on customer sites. The specialist will also conduct system troubleshooting, overhaul, and fault finding of services varying reciprocating, screw, centrifugal, etc.

An essential part of this role is documenting relevant results of equipment and submitting them accordingly to customers. Strong written and verbal communication skills are required to effectively manage customer relationships and advise and train customers in system operations.

Key Requirements:
  • Current driver's license
  • Current ARTIC license
  • Able to read schematics and write up reports
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

Estimated salary: $80,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on location and experience.
