Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Contract Administrator to support our procurement strategy and ensure seamless delivery across Sydney.

Key Responsibilities
  • Play a crucial role in supporting procurement operations, ensuring timely delivery of projects.
  • Manage subcontract variation and supplier claims processes, ensuring alignment with company systems.
  • Oversee contract finalisation tasks, including defect management, manual creation, and variation tracking.
  • Collaborate with the team to compile monthly reports, facilitating goal achievement.
About You

We're looking for someone with experience in project-based contract administration, particularly in major building developments.

Requirements

You'll be a self-motivated individual who thrives in a close-knit team environment, with resilience to tackle challenges. Other desirable qualifications include:

  • A degree in Construction or related field.
  • Commercial experience on site, preferably 3-6 years.
  • Proficiency in using construction software such as CHEOPS, Aconex, and similar tools (training provided).
