Role Overview

In this role, you will lead regional merchandise planning efforts, working closely with headquarters, regional teams, and internal stakeholders, including finance, purchasing, and retail operations.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Interpret and understand important data, monitoring regional KPIs
  2. Execute planning and forecasting activities
  3. Manage item strategies
  4. Manage planning through seasonal cycles
  5. Work in line with company guidelines
  6. Understand sales forecasting and identify growth opportunities
  7. Report and devise in-depth sales and stock analyses
  8. Liaise with international headquarters to ensure streamlined assortment strategies and replenishment tactics
  9. Contribute insights for markdown strategies and present seasonal overviews
  10. Balance weekly stock and store replenishment, managing delivery schedules to maximise inventory and sales
  11. Handle client-specific requests and HQ orders
  12. Provide regular reporting on product performance and feedback to HQ merchandising teams
  13. Collaborate with HQ merchandising teams to understand commercial decisions
  14. Oversee wholesale selling campaigns
  15. Analyse technical data and produce visual reports
