Job Title: Senior Financial Operations Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Financial Operations Manager to join our team at Spotlight Group. As a key member of our finance team, you will be responsible for overseeing the financial operations of our rapidly growing property group.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage financial processing, forecasting, and reporting across Australia and New Zealand.
  • Ensure compliance with Australian and New Zealand tax regulations, accounting standards, and financial reporting requirements.
  • Collaborate with Asset Management Teams to identify and capitalize on commercial opportunities for revenue generation and cost reduction.
  • Develop and oversee annual property budgets, fostering collaboration across finance, asset management, lease administration, and facilities management.

Requirements:

  • Strong foundation in accounting principles, financial analysis, and reporting.
  • Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero, SAP) and financial modelling tools.
  • Ability to analyse financial data, identify trends, and interpret results.
  • Knowledge of Australian and New Zealand tax regulations, accounting standards, and financial reporting requirements.
  • Business acumen and understanding of business operations, financial metrics, and strategic planning.
