Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and serve customers with a smile
  • Prepare coffee and beverages to perfection
  • Present delicious cakes and sandwiches with flair
  • Communicate effectively with our kitchen team
  • Handle cash transactions and process sales through the till
  • Maintain the cafe area cleanliness during your shift

Requirements:

  • Current RSA & RCG qualifications (or willingness to obtain)
  • Experience in coffee making and short-order cooking
  • Passion for delivering exceptional customer service
  • Reliability, punctuality, and professionalism
  • 'Can Do' attitude and ability to work well in a team environment
  • Strong communication skills and exceptional presentation

Shift Options: Mornings, days, nights, weekends, public holidays - flexibility is essential.
