Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and dedicated Coordinator to lead our OSHC service in Tarcutta.

About the Role:

  • Develop and implement engaging programs for local families with quality before and after school care and Holiday Programs for their child.
  • Create innovative solutions using industry-leading programming tools.
  • Establish positive relationships within the school community, representing our organization.
  • Mentor a team of educators to develop their skills and advance within the industry.
  • Rostering for your service with support from your supervisor.
  • Ensure compliance with administrative tasks and other requirements.

About You:

  • You are an exceptional individual who is passionate about making a difference in children's lives.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to build strong relationships.
  • Previous experience in childcare/OSHC industry is preferred but not essential.
  • Employee Working with Children's Check valid in the relevant state.
  • Willing to obtain HLTAID012 First Aid in a Childcare Setting.
  • Willing to undergo National Criminal History Check.
