Role Overview

The Test Lead oversees the direction of testing activities for a project or service, often guiding a team of testers and providing high-level testing expertise.

Main Responsibilities
  • Evaluate consistency in test disciplines and develop and enforce test frameworks, standards, and procedures.
  • Develop knowledge of client processes and technologies to support testing operations.
  • Collaborate with Project managers and Delivery leads to manage risks and issues related to testing activities.
  • Assist business stakeholders in prioritizing and maintaining project backlogs.
  • Identify opportunities for automation to enhance efficiency, coverage, and accuracy of testing activities.
  • Monitor relevant metrics to control, manage, and report progress and forecasts while managing risks, dependencies, and change requests.
