Job Title

Our workshop has been established for the past 18 years providing our customers with exceptional automotive services.

Over the past 18 years, we have built a loyal customer base due to our credible reputation. Our high-quality workmanship, extensive knowledge, and honesty have allowed us to create a reliable brand. Our workshop is always focused on delivering and exceeding customer satisfaction.

We are seeking an individual with excellent communication skills and a flair for customer service to join our dynamic team.

Responsibilities would include:

  • General reception and administration duties
  • Meeting and greeting customers
  • Phone service booking and inquiries
  • Coordinating workflow between customers and the workshop
  • Debtor and creditor data entries
  • Daily preparation of job cards
  • Stock control

Key Skills:

  • Excellent customer handling skills
  • Clear communication skills (written and verbal)
  • High level of personal presentation
  • Excellent time management and organization skills

Working Hours:

8 hour shift, Monday to Friday, 38 hours per week

Benefits:

  • Competitive hourly rate from $25.00

Experience:

  • 1 year in inbound call centers (preferred)
  • 1 year in outbound call centers (preferred)
  • 1 year in customer service (preferred)
