Site Manager

As a seasoned site management professional, you will oversee multiple detached housing projects from site preparation through to handover. Your primary responsibility will be to coordinate trades, suppliers, and site teams to meet key milestones, ensuring compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:- Coordinate trade contractors, suppliers, and site teams to meet project deadlines.
- Monitor and control project costs, timelines, and site progress.
- Ensure compliance with relevant building codes, safety regulations, and quality standards.
- Communicate effectively with clients, contractors, and internal stakeholders.
- Demonstrated experience in volume residential construction.
- QBCC Site Supervisor Licence (required).
- NSW Supervisor Licence (required or willingness to obtain).
- Certificate IV in Building and Construction (required).
- Strong leadership, organisational, and time management skills.
- White Card and valid Driver's Licence.
- A proactive, solutions-focused mindset.
