Lead UX Researcher Role

We are seeking a Senior UX Researcher to lead major research projects that shape our core legal technology products. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams, influencing product strategy, and driving research initiatives that enhance user experiences.

Responsibilities
  • Develop research strategies aligned with product and design goals.
  • Analyse research findings and provide actionable insights for product teams.
  • Collaborate with UX Designers, Product Managers, and Engineers to enhance user experience.
  • Present research insights to stakeholders and influence business decisions.

This role is ideal for an experienced UX researcher who thrives in a collaborative environment, can navigate corporate structures, and has a strategic mindset. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading research initiatives, mentoring junior researchers, and turning insights into actionable recommendations.

About the Role

  • Liaise with cross-functional teams to understand user behaviours, needs, and motivations.
  • Apply a range of qualitative and quantitative research methodologies.
  • Mentor junior UX researchers and foster a culture of research excellence.

Requirements

  • A degree in Psychology, Human Factors, Anthropology, Human Geography, or a related field.
  • 6-8 years of experience as a UX Researcher or User Researcher.
  • Strong expertise in UX research methodologies (e.g., ethnography, JTBD, diary studies, conjoint analysis).
