Job Description:

A key position has become available for a Parts Manager to lead our sales team in achieving business goals.

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all activities related to the sale of parts and accessories to internal and external customers. This role involves ensuring timely delivery of parts, managing daily orders, monitoring freight arrangements and reconciling cash sales.

As a leader in this field, you will also be responsible for building and maintaining customer relationships, ensuring stock levels are balanced and providing guidance to team members.

Requirements:
  • Possess strong technical/mechanical knowledge and ability
  • Excellent telephone and verbal communication skills
  • Highly organised, with excellent time management skills
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritise a busy workload
  • Career minded with a 'can-do' attitude
  • Be flexible and enjoy working in a team environment
  • Enthusiastic, energetic, friendly and helpful
  • Respectful and courteous to customers and colleagues
  • Resilient with a drive to succeed, honest with high levels of integrity
Qualifications:
  • Previous experience in a leadership role is essential
  • Previous experience with Toyota parts is desirable
