**Vocational Assessment and Rehabilitation**
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a Rehabilitation Consultant. In this role, you will work with clients who have psychological disorders, conducting vocational assessments and developing strategies to support their return to work.
The ideal candidate will be a 4th year Psychology Graduate or a Rehabilitation Counsellor with a strong understanding of vocational assessment and rehabilitation principles. You will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, be able to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders, and possess a high level of autonomy and teamwork skills.
As a Rehabilitation Consultant, you will manage a portfolio of clients, complete initial assessments, identify suitable goals, and develop strategies to overcome barriers preventing clients from returning to work. You will also provide vocational counselling, conduct vocational assessments, attend medical appointments, and communicate with medical professionals to ensure the best possible outcomes for your clients.
