**About the Role:**

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Rehabilitation Counsellor to join our team of allied health professionals. The successful candidate will play a vital role in providing workplace rehabilitation services, helping individuals regain their independence and achieve their goals.

  • The ideal candidate will have a strong background in psychology or rehabilitation counselling, with relevant qualifications and experience in vocational assessments, initial needs assessments, and worksite assessments.
  • They will also possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling them to collaborate effectively with clients, insurers, medical practitioners, and employers.
Responsibilities:
  • Designing and implementing programs to support clients' return to work.
  • Conducting vocational assessments and initial needs assessments.
  • Providing vocational counselling and intensive 1:1 support to empower clients to transition into employment.
  • Identifying Return to Work (RTW) barriers and developing strategies to overcome them.
