Strategic HR Advisor Role

This is a part-time position requiring the services of an experienced HR Advisor. The selected candidate will work closely with senior management and staff to provide expert advice on all aspects of human resources.

About Your New Role:

In this role, you will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment processes, workforce planning analytics, and coaching managers in performance excellence and change management. You will also drive HR best practices, aligning them with the organization's overall strategy.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement HR projects and strategies that support business objectives;
  • Manage industrial and employee relations, including performance management and conflict resolution;
  • Provide expert advice and guidance to senior management and staff on HR-related matters;
  • Analyze HR data and produce metric-based reports to inform business decisions.
Requirements:
  • Extensive experience in generalist HR management, including end-to-end recruitment and employee/industrial relations;
  • Degree in Human Resources or a related field;
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically;
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
