Job Title: Technical Visionary

We are seeking an experienced leader to spearhead our engineering team. As a key member of the leadership group, you will play a vital role in shaping our technology future.

Reporting directly to the Chief Technology Officer, you will oversee multiple cross-functional squads across web, data, mobile, and order fulfilment. Your focus will be on balancing fast delivery with solid engineering foundations, collaborating closely with product and delivery teams to create exceptional customer outcomes without compromising speed or stability.

  • Drive architecture and development of the e-commerce platform.
  • Lead and coach engineering talent, supporting team members' career growth, performance, and ongoing learning.
  • Champion a strong and pragmatic engineering culture focused on high performance.
  • Drive AI adoption and experimentation across engineering teams to unlock smarter, faster ways of working.
  • Partner closely with product and delivery to prioritise, ship, and iterate quickly.
