Open Space and Property Project Officer


About the Role

We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team as an Open Space and Property Project Officer. This is a full-time, three-year fixed term opportunity to work on high-priority open space and property projects.

The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating and delivering construction projects from initiation through to completion. They will ensure that works are delivered on time, within budget, and to a high standard.

This role directly contributes to improving the quality and accessibility of our community's open spaces and property assets.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will need to demonstrate:

  • Knowledge and experience in all stages of construction project delivery.
  • A strong ability to work autonomously and collaboratively with stakeholders, contractors, and internal teams.
  • Excellent organisational skills with the capacity to manage competing deadlines and prioritise effectively.
  • A proactive, solutions-focused approach and the confidence to take ownership of assigned projects.

The Detail

This position is classified at Administration Level 5, with a starting salary of $103,798 per annum + Super + Annual Leave Loading.
