The role of a Stakeholder Engagement and Communications Specialist involves designing, coordinating, and evaluating communications and engagement strategies to support professional learning and leadership development initiatives.

You will work with stakeholders to develop effective communication campaigns across various digital and traditional mediums. Your expertise in stakeholder engagement and ability to manage complex communications projects will be invaluable in this position.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop strategic plans for stakeholder engagement and alumni management.
  • Lead the development of communication campaign strategies and oversee their implementation.
  • Analyse and evaluate the effectiveness of marketing and engagement initiatives.
  • Oversee enrolment strategies and online promotion of professional learning programs.
  • Provide expert advice on communications and manage risks and issues.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Support continuous improvement through data analysis, feedback, and reporting.
  • Ensure consistency across all communication and engagement activities.

The ideal candidate will have exceptional written and verbal communication skills, strong organisational skills, and the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and provide actionable recommendations.

Requirements:
  • Tertiary qualifications in a relevant field are desirable.
