Duties / Key Responsibilities:
  • Architect scalable, cloud-native data platform solutions using modern technologies.
  • Drive engineering excellence through CI/CD, automated testing, observability, and DevSecOps best practices.
  • Ensure platform interoperability, enabling seamless data flow and collaboration across teams.
  • Mentor and uplift engineering teams, providing thought leadership and hands-on coaching.
  • Collaborate with architecture, security, and platform leaders to influence enterprise-wide cloud and data strategy.

Requirements:
  • 10+ years in data engineering, with experience leading complex, enterprise-scale initiatives.
  • Strong expertise in cloud data platforms (Snowflake, AWS, Azure Data Services, Databricks).
  • Skilled in building data pipelines using frameworks such as DBT, Airflow, Kafka, and Spark.
  • Automation-first mindset: Infrastructure as Code using Python, Terraform, CloudFormation, etc.
  • Proven track record in designing high-performance, scalable, secure, and reliable data solutions.
  • Experience mentoring engineers and elevating team capability.
  • Knowledge of data governance, security, and privacy regulations.
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
