Job Overview

We are seeking a Customer Service Agent to join our team. As a key member of our operations, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer experiences by safely navigating your local neighbourhoods to deliver customers' shopping to their homes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver customer orders to customers' homes safely and efficiently
  • Pick and pack orders to the highest standard, ready for delivery
  • Work flexible hours across store trading days, including early mornings, evenings and weekends
Requirements
  • A commitment to providing great customer experiences
  • An Unrestricted Australian Drivers Licence and a safe driving record
  • The confidence to safely drive and navigate through busy streets, suburban roads and/or regional areas
  • To be active – as well as driving, you will be on your feet, lifting and carrying groceries from the van to your delivery points
