Childcare Centre Leadership Opportunity

This is an exciting chance to lead the operations of a childcare centre, ensuring compliance with regulations and fostering a nurturing environment where children can thrive.

  • Oversee daily centre operations, including staff management, policy adherence, and high standards of care.
  • Maintain centre compliance with relevant legislation, regulations, and quality assurance standards.
  • Develop and implement educational programs promoting holistic child development.
  • Foster strong relationships with families, community stakeholders, and regulatory bodies.
  • Provide leadership, mentoring, and professional development opportunities for the childcare team.
  • Contribute to continuous centre operation and service improvement.
Requirements
  • Relevant tertiary qualification in Early Childhood Education or a related field.
  • Minimum Diploma level qualification in Early Childhood Education or a related field.
  • At least 1 year's experience as a Nominated Supervisor or in a similar leadership role within the childcare sector.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and manage a team of childcare professionals.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with families and stakeholders.
  • Thorough understanding of the National Quality Framework, Early Years Learning Framework, and all relevant childcare regulations and legislation.
  • Passion for delivering high-quality, child-centred care and education.
  • Proven track record of implementing innovative educational programs and initiatives.
  • Australian work rights are required for this position.
  • Valid Working with Children Check is required before commencement.
