Level 3 Design Engineer - High-Voltage Distribution

We are seeking an experienced Level 3 Design Engineer to join our team of professionals working on high-voltage distribution projects. As a key member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for designing and delivering complex electrical systems that meet the needs of our clients.

The role requires a strong understanding of electrical engineering principles, with a focus on design, analysis, and problem-solving. You will work closely with our clients and other stakeholders to understand their requirements and develop innovative solutions that meet their needs.

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess excellent communication and project management skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a team environment. You will also need to have a strong knowledge of industry software programs, including AutoCAD and Neera.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Liaising with clients to determine their needs and develop effective solutions
  • Designing and delivering complex electrical systems, including high-voltage distribution networks
  • Performing detailed design calculations and analysis using industry software programs
  • Collaborating with other engineers and stakeholders to ensure seamless project delivery
  • Developing and maintaining technical documentation and reports

Requirements:

  • At least 3 years of experience in Level 3 Design, preferably in NSW
  • Hold an Electrical Engineering Degree or Electrical Trade qualification with a Cert IV in Electrical Engineering
  • Proficient in the use of industry software programs, including AutoCAD and Neera
  • Strong knowledge of electrical engineering principles and practices
  • Excellent communication and project management skills
