Female Disability Support Worker Job Opportunity

We are seeking a compassionate and mature support worker to provide care and support to a female client in Kooralbyn, Australia.

  • Key Responsibilities:
    • Deliver high-quality support to participants in the capacity they require.
    • Communicate effectively and collaborate with team members and participants for their needs.
    • Provide support to participants as required.
    • Build strong relationships with participants and other stakeholders.
    • Be reliable and flexible to fill shifts when required.
    • Support participants to achieve their NDIS Goals.

Requirements:

  • A genuine desire to positively impact people's lives.
  • Evidence of eligibility and right to work in Australia.
  • Hold or be willing to obtain NDIS worker screening or yellow card.
  • Hold or be willing to obtain a blue card.
