Ultrasound Specialist Role

Job Overview:

The Ultrasound Specialist plays a pivotal role in supporting the sales process by showcasing product features and capabilities that align with customers' clinical requirements during demonstrations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales Enablement: Providing guidance to customers on implementing optimal clinical procedures and protocols to maximize equipment effectiveness and efficiency.
  • Clinical Training: Delivering in-depth clinical training sessions to customers, adhering to established organisational standards, guidelines, and product-specific training materials.
  • Customer Engagement: Developing in-depth knowledge of the local customer base and conducting regular site visits to foster strong relationships.
  • Support Services: Offering first and second-line support to clinical support associate specialists and customers.
  • Collaboration: Working closely with cross-functional teams to address customer concerns and enhance product performance.

Requirements:

  • Post-graduate qualification in medical ultrasound.
  • 2+ years' experience as an accredited medical sonographer across various clinical areas.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and within a team.
  • Valid driver's license.
