Role SummaryAs part of the People and Experience Team, this role is pivotal in driving workplace relations initiatives and supporting the Employee and Industrial Relations functions.
Key Responsibilities- Oversee a diverse portfolio across multiple business sectors.
- Lead enterprise bargaining discussions and negotiations.
- Provide strategic support in bargaining through analysis and benchmarking.
- Engage with critical internal and external stakeholders.
- Assist the organization with compliance and regulatory matters.
- Conduct workplace investigations and review relevant reports.
- Maintain accurate records of all interactions and case management activities.
- Serve as a point of escalation for complex workplace issues.
- Keep abreast of legal changes and provide updates accordingly.
- Stay informed about HR and industrial relations frameworks and legislation.
- Possess tertiary qualifications in Law.
- Demonstrated experience in a similar capacity providing ER and IR guidance.
- Strong understanding of employment legislation, industrial instruments, and Modern Awards.
- Proficient analytical skills, particularly with data and spreadsheets.
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize effectively.
- Experience in industrial relations within a blue-collar environment is advantageous.
