Turner & Townsend is seeking a highly skilled Senior Quantity Surveyor to join our team. As a Senior Quantity Surveyor, you will play a key role in managing complex projects and ensuring that they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
Key Responsibilities- Project Management: Manage projects from inception to completion, ensuring that all aspects of the project are coordinated and executed in accordance with the client's requirements.
- Commercial Management: Provide commercial management services, including contract negotiation, budgeting, and cost control.
- Communication: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and project team members to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
- Risk Management: Identify and mitigate risks associated with projects, ensuring that the company's interests are protected.
- Team Leadership: Mentor and support junior team members, providing guidance and development opportunities to help them grow professionally.
- Qualifications: Tertiary qualifications in a relevant discipline or equivalent experience.
- Experience: 4-10 years' experience working in complex, large-scale, and multi-disciplinary projects in transport and/or infrastructure.
- Skills: Strong communication and facilitation skills, with the ability to build relationships and negotiate effectively.
