The role of Centre Manager involves overseeing the daily operations of a shopping centre, ensuring it runs smoothly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Managing the budget under the guidance of an Asset Manager
  • Developing strong relationships with local communities, stakeholders, and retailers
  • Establishing and maintaining partnerships with retailers
  • Identifying opportunities for casual or pop-up leasing
  • Overseeing financial management, including forecasting and meeting financial targets
  • Implementing cost-saving initiatives
  • Coordinating day-to-day repairs and maintenance of the property
  • Supervising contractors

A successful candidate will have excellent communication skills and be able to build strong relationships with external stakeholders, including retailers.

This is an ideal opportunity for retail or facilities managers from shopping centre management teams to take ownership and manage their own centre.
