Regional Operations Manager

The Operations Director, South Australia plays a pivotal role in providing strategic and operational leadership across all aspects of RFDS services within the state.
This key position is accountable for ensuring the safe, high-quality, and efficient delivery of services that directly impact the wellbeing of the communities we serve.
The Operations Director will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations, workforce, and supporting infrastructure that enable the delivery of aeromedical, charter, and ambulance services across RFDS operational locations in South Australia.
The successful candidate will possess excellent leadership skills, with the ability to drive change and implement effective solutions in a fast-paced environment.
In addition to their technical expertise, the Operations Director must have strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
The Operations Director will also be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to improve service delivery, reduce costs, and enhance customer satisfaction.
Ultimately, the goal of the Operations Director is to ensure that RFDS services are delivered in a manner that meets the evolving needs of the community.
