Civil Infrastructure Management Specialist

Job Description:

This is an exceptional opportunity to lead a talented team of professionals on complex civil infrastructure projects. The successful candidate will have previous experience working on roads, subdivisions, earthworks, bridgework, and similar projects.

Key responsibilities include managing own section of works, coordinating with project stakeholders, and ensuring the safe execution of site operations.

The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a high level of organization, and the ability to work and communicate effectively as part of a collaborative team.

Required qualifications include a Bachelor in Civil Engineering or equivalent, experience working on large-scale civil projects, and a proven track record of managing teams successfully.

  • A deep understanding of occupational health and safety policies
  • Ability to think critically and respond promptly to challenges that arise on site
Requirements:
  • A degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent qualification
  • Proven experience working on large civil projects worth over $5m in value
  • Experience leading teams and managing multiple tasks concurrently
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • Highly organized and able to prioritize tasks effectively
  • Demonstrated knowledge of OH&S regulations and compliance procedures
  • Capacity to think strategically and make informed decisions under pressure
