  • Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce requirements and create targeted talent acquisition plans.
  • Deliver exceptional client service by providing quality support to all stakeholders, ensuring timely and effective communication throughout the recruitment process.
  • Support panels in delivering comprehensive end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes that align with best practices and are cost-effective.
  • Utilize professional networks and platforms to conduct thorough candidate searches and build merit pools aligned with key agency skills.
  • Collaborate with senior team members to deliver executive recruitment solutions.
  • Contribute to ongoing improvement in recruitment services, including system enhancements, documenting knowledge, and drafting best practice talent acquisition materials.


About You

To succeed in this role, you will possess:

  • Demonstrated experience in providing exceptional client service, preferably within a human resources environment.
  • Prior experience in building effective relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
  • A proven ability to provide accurate and timely advice on complex matters.
  • Experience in proactively managing work or taking ownership of tasks or projects.
  • Relevant tertiary qualifications in HR, AHRI accreditation, or equivalent recruitment experience.
