About This Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven sales professional to drive growth within the Vic, Tas and Southern NSW territory group.

As a key member of our team, you will take full ownership of your territory's performance, consistently working towards meeting and exceeding sales targets set by us.

You will be responsible for achieving sales goals, forecasting and planning, territory management, sales influence, relationship building, sales analysis, reporting, and teamwork.

The successful candidate will have strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build effective relationships with customers and cross-functional teams.

This commission-based role offers the opportunity to influence your earning potential through a performance-based compensation framework, with no capped earning potential.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Achieve monthly and annual sales targets
  • Forecast and plan sales strategies
  • Manage and optimize territory performance
  • BUILD AND MAINTAIN EFFECTIVE CUSTOMER RELATIONSHIPS
  • Analyse sales performance and report on progress

Requirements:
