We are seeking a highly skilled Cloud Security Expert - Salesforce Solutions to join our team at Ignite, working with one of the Federal Government departments in Canberra, ACT.

About the Role

This 12-month contract position offers the opportunity to work on complex Salesforce security projects, ensuring the secure management of sensitive information and adherence to strict government regulations.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Design and implement robust Salesforce security architectures that meet the needs of our clients.
  • Conduct thorough risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies to safeguard against potential threats.
  • Develop and maintain policies and procedures for cloud security, ensuring compliance with relevant standards and regulations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address security gaps, providing expert advice on best practices and technologies.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest cloud security trends, tools, and technologies, applying this knowledge to drive innovation and improvement within the team.

Your Skills and Experience

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in Salesforce architecture, with a strong focus on security.
  • Proven expertise in designing and implementing complex Salesforce security solutions.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce Shield and SPLUNK, as well as other cloud security platforms and tools.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities and deadlines.
