**Role Overview:**
The role will deliver personalized physiotherapy services to our residents based on their individual needs, enhancing their overall well-being.
This will be achieved by utilizing best practice methods and building positive relationships with our diverse cohort of residents.
We are seeking experienced Physiotherapists to join our team in Ascot & Maylands, working full-time hours.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Develop, implement, and evaluate physio and mobility programs tailored to residents' needs and preferences
- Manage resources efficiently within established program budgets
- Provide professional care practices related to the physio program, including assessment, care planning, implementation, and evaluation
- Contribute to effective communication systems for residents and their representatives
- Plan, implement, and evaluate individual resident assessments on admission and regular intervals thereafter
- Attend and contribute to clinical meetings
- Maintain awareness of Aged Care Quality Standards and Aged Care Funding Instrument requirements, contributing to associated reporting
**Essential Requirements:**
- Bachelor's degree in Physiotherapy
- Current registration with AHPRA as a Physiotherapist
- Right to Work in Australia
- NDIS workers screening check or willingness to obtain
