Funding Financial Analyst Role

This is a challenging and rewarding opportunity to work in a dynamic team, assisting in the delivery of complex financial assessment and review services. The successful candidate will contribute to the development, implementation, and maintenance of the Student-Centred Funding Model (SCFM) and associated policies for schools and preschools across the state.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Contribute to complex and large-scale resource allocation projects by providing resource allocation technical consultancy services and financial advice that extends across directorates/agencies.
  • Develop and maintain strategic direction, funding policy, and planning principles in relation to the Department's allocation of resources and production of outputs.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Appropriate tertiary qualification in accounting, economics or related financial/business management field.
