Supply Chain Manager Job Description

This role is responsible for leading a team to manage customer orders, load planning, and logistics in Sydney, Australia. Reporting to the Site Manager, you will ensure production tonnes are allocated accurately to meet delivery commitments.

The Supply Chain Manager will be responsible for managing and mentoring the supply chain team, fostering a collaborative culture that supports continuous process improvement, and ensuring clear communication with stakeholders through the full supply chain.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Proven background in production planning, load building, and logistics coordination within manufacturing or supply chain environments.
  2. Strong analytical aptitude with ERP/MRP and Excel proficiency.
  3. Excellent commercial awareness and the ability to manage customer commitments under pressure.
  4. Effective team leadership and stakeholder engagement skills.
  5. Strong customer-service orientation and experience managing escalations and delivery exceptions.
