A leading Quantity Surveying firm is seeking a Technical Proposal Writer to assist & lead the proposal preparation process for their Quantity Surveying division.

Job Description:

The ideal candidate will be responsible for putting tenders together, managing the progress of proposal details, editing and finalising all submissions, coordinating administration, printing and distribution of proposals, and supervising and improving systems and processes.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare high-quality tender documentsManage project timelines and deadlinesEdit and proofread proposal contentCordinate logistics and administrationSupervise and improve systems and processes

Required Skills and Qualifications:

The successful candidate will possess strong time management and organisational skills, be a team player, and have previous experience as a proposal writer for a Quantity Surveying Firm (preferred).
